Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the DigiVidya app, operated by Millennial Edutech Pvt. Ltd.

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Customers may cancel their enrollment in any of our courses or services within a specified period from the date of purchase. The specific cancellation period will be mentioned in the course or service details.
    • To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact us via the designated method on our platform with their order details.
    • Upon successful cancellation, access to the course or service will be revoked.

  2. Refund Policy

    • Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon cancellation within the specified period of 7 days within the date of purchase.
    • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
    • Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the cancellation request.
    • In cases where the original payment method cannot be refunded, an alternative refund method will be offered.

  3. Non-refundable Services

    • Certain services or content provided by DigiVidya may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
    • In exceptional cases, we may offer credits for use within the DigiVidya app, at our discretion.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
    • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  5. Modifications to the Policy

    • Millennial Edutech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
    • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the DigiVidya platform.
